Wireless CarPlay not responding

Took delivery of my Seal on the 26th of July. Apple CarPlay connected without issue and worked for two days. Then it just stopped working. I have tried everything from hard reset to “forgetting device”. Nothing seems to work including connecting by cable. Has anyone had any problems?

1. I believe Apple Car Play doesn’t work wirelessly in the BYD Seal.
2. To connect using cable you must use the USB A port.
3. I overcome this problem by purchasing a wireless CarPlay adapter. It works well.
