Hi all
I've recently lost the use of satnav and Spotify on my Brand new 2025 BYD SEAL U DMI!!
Has anybody suffered with the same problem?
When I use Spotify on my phone it works fine so is this a Internet connection issue?
I'm booked in to my dealers for a "major" software update on the 6th April which they've said might take 24, possibly 48 hours!! Could this be the problem with my car? It needs this update to sort this fault out?
If anybody can tell me what the connection settings should be when I look into the "connections" settings on the screen I'd be very grateful. Thanks all

I’ve heard there’s a monthly data cap on the built in sim. Sure I’ve heard 1GB somewhere. Could it be that you reached the built in sim data for the month if you use Spotify?
I just use Apple CarPlay on mine so not encountered any data limit issue.
Curious what software version you’ve currently got? I had mine in the dealer last week for a software update but it only took a few hours so not sure if they updated all the available modules.
