Tell them having problems with starting the app
You need to do the following:
Step 1: contact byd on the uk number on +44 2033072546
And tell them your issue with the app
Step2: they will then ask you a few questions your email address, VIN number which is located on dirivers side or passengers side front window and phone number also!
Step 3; they will ask where you got the vehicle from as the dealership should be sending all information of your vechicle including your contact details so you can start using the app but some may of not been trained as I’ve rang my dealership so many times and then after that didn’t know what to do or say or how to resolve it !
Step 4: check back the next day on your app and you should be all set to go maybe it would be resolved within a few hours as they are very quick at dealing with responses so maybe sooner rather than later due to their quick response ! check 3 hours later and see if you can start the process with the app! Once you it accepts the first stage on the app of registering then you should be able to follow steps below!
Step 4. Goto your vehicle go to settings and then click on your app and start the process.
Step 5: register put in your details and then receive email with code and then follow next steps:
Step 6: go to setting in your vehicle and go to qr code then scan it
Step 7: all ready to go welcome to @byd
